accused of being Drunk in Public.
He/She was found Guilty of Conduct
Unbecoming a Washington and Lee Student by a vote of 9-1. - Mandatory alcohol education/counseling - 50 hours of community service to be completed in Rockbridge County by the end of the 2006-07 academic year; 25 of these hours may be satisfied with alcohol counseling (separate from above counseling) through University Counseling, Alcoholics Anonymous or equivalent. - Conduct probation through the 2006-07 academic year

Unbecoming a Washington and Lee Student by a vote of 10-0. - A second strike. - A $150 fine. - Continued University Counseling. - 75 hours of community service, 50 to be completed by the end of the Winter Term and 25 to be completed by the end of Spring Term 2006-07. - Conduct Probation until the end of the 2006-07 academic year. - Social Probation until the end of the 2006-07 academic year.

He/She was found Guilty of Conduct
Unbecoming a Washington and Lee Student by a vote of 8-0. - A strike. - A $150 fine. - 150 hours of community service in Rockbridge County by the end of the 2006-07 academic year. Twenty of these hours may be fulfilled through visits to University Counseling. In addition, you must also complete 25 hours in the Fall '07 term. - Conduct Probation until graduation. - Social Probation until the end of the 2006-07 academic year, applicable to all University events where alcohol is served. - A letter will be sent home to parents.

Obstruction of Justice.
He/She was found Guilty of Conduct
Unbecoming a Washington and Lee Student by a vote of 7-0-1. - Conduct probation until graduation. - Social probation until 21st birthday at University sponsored events where alcohol is served. - 50 hours of community service concurrent with court imposed hours to be completed by the end of the 2006-07 academic year.
